Very interesting proposal when it comes to colors and textures used in the eyes, I have been struggling with flowing hair that looks natural around my characters and I know it isn't easy to achieve, in fact I am still having hard times on doing that, I think you need to try to find the way to stylize a little more the way the hair bends around her neck, is alright but it doesn't look quite stylized and that's what I think should be the main goal when you are working with this type of situations in a painting, the flaw should look a little more free, so that it gives the appearance it's some real hair.

The piece is gorgeous just those little suggestions I would give you :handshake:

I agree, I think I get to a point where I have done so much work that I rush to the finish and then my edges and small details like the hair look incomplete, which on occasion has played to my benefit, but the next thing I am going to work on is patience.
